五度相生律与十二平均律、纯律为音乐的三种主要律式。

按照自然泛音的纯五度关系依次产生音序（5声，7声，12音）的生律方式，该方法产生的音阶与十二平均律有着细微的差异。

依上法可得七声音阶，兹整理为下表。
