花衣魔笛手（德文：Rattenfänger von Hameln，又译为彩衣吹笛人、汉姆林的吹笛手、哈梅尔的吹笛人），一个源自德国的民间故事，最有名的版本收在格林兄弟的《德国传说》（Deutsche Sagen）中，名为〈哈梅尔的孩子〉（Die Kinder zu Hameln）。

故事发生在1284年，在德国一个名叫哈默尔恩（Hameln）的村落，那里鼠满为患。某一天来了一个外地人自称是捕鼠能手，村民向他许诺，能除去鼠患的话会给付重酬。于是他吹起笛子，鼠群闻声随行，被诱至威悉河淹死。事成后，村民违反诺言不付酬劳，吹笛人愤而离去。数周后，正当村民在教堂聚集之时，吹笛人回来吹起笛子，孩子们闻声随行，被诱至一个山洞内，困在洞中而死。有一个结局是村民最后给了吹笛人他应得的酬劳（有的版本是付得更多），他才把被困的孩子放出来。另有版本说有一哑一瞎两个孩子最后回来了，但是孩子们被带到哪里去则无从知晓。

The Pied Piper of Hamelin (German:Rattenfänger von Hameln also known as the Pan Piper, the Rat-Catcher of Hamelin) is the subject of a legend from the town of Hamelin (Hameln), Lower Saxony, Germany, in the Middle Ages. The earliest references describe a piper, dressed in multicolored ("pied") clothing, who was a rat-catcher hired by the town to lure rats away with his magic pipe. When the citizens refuse to pay for this service, he retaliates by using his instrument's magic power on their children, leading them away as he had the rats. This version of the story spread as folklore and has appeared in the writings of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, the Brothers Grimm, and Robert Browning, among others.
