废物征费，又称垃圾征费，是针对都市固体废物而作出的收费，用以补偿废物收集及废物处理的成本，同时鼓励减少制造废物，配合污染者自付原则。
废物征费在台北、 首尔、东京和新加坡等大城市均有推行，当中大多数按量收费。但有些地方是随水费征收。
