Musakhan

Musakhan (Arabic:مسخّن‎) is a Palestinian dish, composed of roasted chicken baked with onions, sumac, allspice, saffron, and fried pine nuts served over taboon bread. It is also known as muhammar (Arabic:محمر‎). It is often considered the national dish of Palestine.
