浅间山是位于群马县吾妻郡嬬恋村与长野县北佐久郡轻井泽町及御代田町接壤处的一个安山岩质复合火山。标高2,568公尺，是世界知名的一个活火山。

自数十万年前就与周边火山不断活动，与周边火山总称为浅间乌帽子火山群。经过了多次的喷发后成为现今的样子。喷发后的土石仍然在附近群马县前桥市的台地上残留。其最近的一次喷发是在2009年2月2日。
