野薄荷（学名：Mentha arvensis），也称土薄荷、玉米薄荷，是薄荷属下的一种。其范围遍及环北方带，在有湿润土壤的欧洲、西亚、东亚都有分布，东至西喜马拉雅山脉和西伯利亚的东部，以及北美。

它是一种多年生草本植物，高10-60厘米（特殊情况能长到100厘米）。对生叶序，叶片较小，2-6.5厘米长，1-2厘米宽，长毛，边缘为齿状。其花呈淡紫色（有时候会使白色或粉色），为簇群分布，每个花朵直径为3-4毫米。

它有六个亚种：

一些学者把与它相关的加拿大薄荷 (Mentha canadensis) 并入野薄荷中（M. arvensis）中，并分为两种不同的种类：M. arvensis var. glabrata Fernald （北美品种）和 M. arvensis var. piperascens Malinv. ex L. H. Bailey （东亚品种）。

Mentha arvensis (field mint (पुदीना/ Pudina,"Podina" in Hindi), (Urdu: پودینہ) wild mint, or corn mint) is a species of mint with a circumboreal distribution. It is native to the temperate regions of Europe and western and central Asia, east to the Himalaya and eastern Siberia, and North America.
