美尼尔氏综合症（Ménière综合症），也称为梅尼尔氏症、梅尼埃氏症、或俗称的耳水不平衡。该病是由法国医生柏斯贝·美尼尔（Prosper Ménière）于1861年首先报告的。

美尼尔氏综合症是一种内耳病变所导致的平衡功能失调，是一影响听力及平衡的「内耳疾病」，以阵发性眩晕、耳鸣为主要特征性表现，伴随有进行性听力丧失。

一般认为是由于内淋巴回流受阻或吸收障碍，内耳迷路压力增高而致。好发于30至50岁成年人。
