马普托河（英语：Maputo River，葡萄牙语：Rio Maputo）是非洲南部的河流，位于南非、斯威士兰和莫桑比克境内，发源自南非龙山山脉，向东流经斯威士兰，最终在莫桑比克的马普托湾注入印度洋。

The Maputo River (Portuguese Rio Maputo), also called Great Usutu River, Lusutfu River, or Suthu River, is a river in South Africa, Swaziland, and Mozambique. The name Suthu refers to Basotho people who lived near the source of the river, but were attacked and displaced by Swazis. It is also said to mean 'dark brown', a description of the river's muddy water.
