虹软科技（ArcSoft）是一家美国软件公司，提供企业用户及消费大众数字影像编辑软件。
虹软科技成立于1994年由中国华人邓晖创立，总部位于美国加州硅谷菲利蒙市（Fremont,California ）。其技术包含红眼去除、仿真高清（SimHD）等，同时支持Mac、PC与PDA平台，可提供手机、PDA、PMP和其他行动设备的厂商。目前虹软在中国、日本、韩国、台湾皆有分公司。
