阿尔达 Arda，是英国作家约翰·罗纳德·瑞尔·托尔金作品中的世界。在埃奴的大乐章之时所造，阿尔达在一亚（宇宙）之内，安排为人类和精灵的居住地。

阿尔达当初是平面的世界，有如一个大圆盘，边界是黑夜之墙。阿尔达被外环海所包围，贝尔盖烈海将阿尔达分为两大部分，西边的阿门洲，和东边的中土大陆。第一纪元中，大部分人类和精灵都居住在贝尔兰地区。第一纪元末愤怒之战后，贝尔兰地区毁灭沉没。

第二纪元，一座五星形海岛努曼诺尔自贝尔盖烈海中央升起，伊甸人三大家族迁入那里建国。但以后努曼诺尔帝国的人类渴求长生不死，出兵攻打阿门洲，导致努曼诺尔帝国毁灭。
