温斯洛·霍默（英语：Winslow Homer，1836年2月24日－1910年9月29日）是一位美国风景画画家和版画家，他被认为是19世纪美国最重要的画家之一，是美国艺术界的卓越人物。
霍默主要是自学成才，他作为一个广告插画家开始了职业生涯。随后，他开始画油画。他还曾长期画水彩画。

Winslow Homer (February 24, 1836 – September 29, 1910) was an American landscape painter and printmaker, best known for his marine subjects. He is considered one of the foremost painters in 19th-century America and a preeminent figure in American art.
