喜玛拉雅塔尔羊（学名：Hemitragus jemlahicus），羊亚科的一个物种，旧属于塔尔羊属，现时独立成为一个单种属。

主要分布在喜玛拉雅山的中段，除中国外目前原生种分布在不丹、锡金、尼泊尔、印度的旁遮普地区直到喀什米尔区。牠是所有中国土生的羊中发现最晚，亦是最为少见的一种。
