Jaroslav Halák (Slovak pronunciation:[ˈjaroslav ˈɦalaːk]; born 13 May 1985) is a Slovak professional ice hockey goaltender currently playing for the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League (NHL). Halák was the 271st overall pick by the Montreal Canadiens in the ninth and final round of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.
