Glomerulonephrosis is a non-inflammatory disease of the kidney (nephrosis) presenting primarily in the glomerulus (a glomerulopathy.)

It can be contrasted to glomerulonephritis, which implies inflammation.

It can be caused by diethylnitrosamine.
