大果西番莲（学名：Passiflora quadrangularis）是西番莲属的植物中，果实最大的一种。它是分布于热带美洲的一种多年生植物，拥有心形的、卵形的或是尖形的平滑叶子。其叶柄（petiole）有四到六个腺体。它的根部可用来当作催吐剂与麻醉药品。它也拥有很香的花并能结出长椭圆形的果实，果实中包含了许多的种子，嵌入于稍带酸味但可食用的假种皮之中。

大果西番莲有时候会在温室中种植。其他几种西番莲属的植物果实都可以食用，如樟叶西番莲（Passiflora laurifolia）被当作「水柠檬」（Water lemon）以及苹果状西番莲（Passiflora maliformis）被当作西印度群岛的「甜葫芦」（Sweet calabash）。

The giant granadilla, barbadine (Trinidad), grenadine (Haiti), giant tumbo or badea (Spanish pronunciation: [baˈðe.a]), ටං ටිං ([ tʌŋ tʌIŋ]), Passiflora quadrangularis, produces the largest fruit any species within the genus Passiflora. It is a perennial native to the Neotropics, having smooth, cordate, ovate or acuminate leaves; petioles bearing from 4 to 6 glands; an emetic and narcotic root; scented flowers; and a large, oblong fruit, containing numerous seeds, embedded in a subacid edible pulp.
