黑斑月蝶鱼，又名黑斑颊刺鱼，俗名黑斑神仙，为辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目鲈亚目盖刺鱼科的其中一个种。

本鱼分布于西太平洋区，包括日本、台湾、印尼、菲律宾、马来西亚、澳洲、关岛、新喀里多尼亚、帕劳、万纳杜、东加等海域。
