分子选殖（英语：Molecular cloning，又译分子纯化繁殖）是指分离一个已知DNA串行，并以in vivo（活体内）方式获得许多复制品的过程。这一复制过程经常被用于增加并获取DNA片段中的基因，但也可用来增加某些任意的DNA串行，如启动子、非编码串行、化学合成的寡核苷酸或是随机的DNA片段。
