鹅肝

鹅肝（法语：foie gras，英语发音：/ˌfwɑːˈɡrɑː/，字面意为“脂肪肝”）是一种从被过份喂饲的鹅取出来的肝。根据法国法律，鹅肝的定义的是通过管饲法强制喂养谷物的鹅或者鸭的脂肪肝。尽管在西班牙和其他法国以外的国家偶尔会以强制喂饲的方式获得。
