萤火鱿（学名：Watasenia scintillans），又名萤鱿或萤乌贼，为武装鱿科下的一个物种，属于只有本身的萤火鱿属。牠是一种非常小的鱿鱼，通常有3英寸（7.6厘米）长。和其他深海生物一样可以发光，这些光可用来引诱猎物。萤火鱿多分布于日本海及日本四国以北的太平洋沿近海。
