痢疾

痢疾，是一种传染病。依传染性的致病生物体不同而分为细菌性痢疾、阿米巴痢疾。

细菌性痢疾，简称菌痢，是由于痢疾杆菌所引起的一种假膜性肠炎（纤维素性炎）。痢疾杆菌由上皮细胞直接侵入肠粘膜。病变多局限于结肠（乙状结肠和直肠）内，以大量纤维素伸出形成假膜性炎为特征，假膜脱落伴有不规则浅表溃疡。分为急性细菌性痢疾、慢性细菌性痢疾、中毒性细菌性痢疾。
