Delivery status notification (DSN) This report describes the result of an attempt to deliver a message.

If the server is running under a private user account , only the DSNs defined for that private account of that user is returned.

SEND The Reference field contains the Internet-Message-Id of any delivery status notification (DSN) messages.

Allows you to use a connection string of your own instead of creating a DSN.

The object construction string would hold an exact DSN that could be changed through the Component Services administrative tool .

However, you can use a System DSN as one of the four types of FrontPage Database Connections.

Why Are DSN-less Connections Important?

Note that there are no references to the DSN keyword in the text.

The DSN does not exist on the server.

A DSN defines a connection with the database.

Remember the DSN name so that you can later use it in your PHP scripts.

This parameter specifies how long the server waits before it sends a delay DSN message to the message's sender.

Each Informix DSN needs to have a corresponding entry in this sqlhosts file.
