A common workflow requirement is to have two or more approvers look at the same request to "vote" .

Approvers should affirm whether the education programs and schools are up to company policies and qualifications.

The approvers should also be able to comment when taking action on the request.

An Approval (or Review or Verification) has a "subject" that explains the reason for the approval, a list of approvers, and a due date.

In a real-world implementation, you would probably refer to approvers by some other method.
