Results Signal intensity on T2WI was non- specific though it had certain correlation with the degree of cellularity of meningioma.

Combining the signal intensity on DWI and T2WI, the infarcts can be approximately staged from the view point of imaging.

T2WI level mixed signal, which see the flow of air blood film, showed obvious enhanced heterogeneous enhancement.
