Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, was one of the two who heard what John had said and who had followed Jesus.

Simon Peter was worth ten Andrews so far as we can gather from sacred history, and yet Andrew was instrumental in bringing him to Jesus.

Simon Peter therefore nodded to him to inquire who it might be about whom He was speaking.

And Simon Peter stood and warmed himself. They said therefore unto him, Art not thou also one of his disciples?

25And Simon Peter was standing, and warming himself. They said therefore to him: Art not thou also one of his disciples?

I'm going out to fish, " Simon Peter told them, and they said, " We'll go with you.

Then, Lord, " Simon Peter replied, " not just my feet but my hands and my head as well!

Simon Peter motioned to this disciple and said, "Ask him which one he means. "

And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus' knees and said, "Go away from me, Lord; I am a sinful man! "

When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.

Then Simon Peter having a sword drew it, and smote the high priest's servant, and cut off his right ear. The servant's name was Malchus.

Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.

When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon son of John, do you truly love me more than these? "

Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.

6 He came then to Simon Peter. Peter said to Him, Lord, do You wash my feet?

Then Simon Peter, who was behind him, arrived and went into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there,

Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie,

One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, saith unto him,
