Goblet cells (unicellular glands) are found between the columnar epithelial cells of the duodenum.

There were a few goblet cells on jejunum villis. Jejunum and duodenum developed maturing at 10 months.

This is the normal appearance of small intestinal mucosa with long villi that have occasional goblet cells.
