Libyan rebel urged people to leave as government forces shelled an area near Bin Jawad in northern Libya on Tuesday.

"We came into Bin Jawad but gunboats fired on us so we withdrew, " one fighter, Adel Yahya said.

Jawad was then questioned about the possibility of talks between the elected Afghan government and elements of the Taliban.
