  as a relative pronoun (referring back to a person and starting a relative clause)用作关系代词(回指人并引导关系从句): I want to speak to the person who deals with my account. 我想和负责我账户的人说话。 She was with her husband, who I had already met. 她和她的丈夫在一起,她的丈夫我已经见过了。 (starting a relative clause that is the subject, object, or complement of another clause)引导作另一分句的主语、宾语或补语的关系从句): I don’ t know who she is. 我不知道她是谁。
  Notice that who can be used as the subject or object of a verb or preposition. In formal English whom is sometimes used instead of who as the object of a verb or preposition, but it sounds very formal to say注意,who可用作动词或介词的主语或宾语。在正式英语中,whom有时候用来代替who作动词或介词的宾语,不过这样说听起来非常正式: To whom did you speak? 你和谁说话了? It is more normal to put the preposition at the end and say把介词放在末尾更常见,即: Who did you speak to? 你和谁说话了?

1a used when someone knows or says which person is involved in something or what their name is 那个人;…的人

They’ ve already offered the job to someone, but I don’ t know who. 他们已经把这个工作给人了,但我不知道那人是谁。

Curry refused to say who had organized the meeting. 柯里拒绝说出组织这次会议的人是谁。

We have to be very careful who we deal with. 我们对要对付的人得十分小心。

2 used for adding information that shows which person or type of person you are talking about . It is more usual to use ‘that’ to introduce this type of relative clause (用于附加关于正在谈论的某人或某类人的信息。引导这类关系从句时更常用that)

We only employ people who already have computer skills. 我们只雇已经有计算机技术的人。

We got the same answer from everyone who we spoke to. 我们从与我们交谈的每个人那里得到了同样的回答。

3 used for adding more information about a person when it is already clear which person you are talking about (用于补充关于某人的信息)
