    CultureThe official title of the British Parliamentary Ombudsman is the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration. The ombudsman is independent of government and has the right to look at any documents or ask any government employee questions. Separate ombudsmen have been established for Scotland and Wales: the Welsh Administration Ombudsman and the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman. They deal with complaints relating to the Scottish Parliament, the Welsh Assembly and various other public authorities and organizations in Scotland and Wales.
