Methods: 270 cases of patient treated with trans-tube sinus tract lithotomy by fibercholedochoscope were analyzed by retrospective analysis.

Conclusion Laparoscope and fibercholedochoscope used in combination for removing gallbladder stones is feasible, with advantages of safety, minimally invasion and definitive effectiveness.
