Based on fatigue tests, this paper studies the flexuralfatiguestrength of layer steel fiber reinforced concrete, and gives the flexuralfatigue equation.
The test results show that, the flexuralfatiguestrength of polyacrylonitrile fiber reinforced concrete beams with bottom layer steel fiber is larger than the plain concrete 15.7% ;

According to fatigue experiment results, the fatigue equation and equation of surplus strength degradation are built. The law of degradation of flexural rigidity is analyzed.
