Mixed non-fluent aphasia is applied to patients who have sparse and effortful speech, resembling severe Broca'saphasia.

Results Total 58 patients were enrolled in our study in which there were 12 Broca'saphasia cases, 21 Wernicke's aphasia cases and 25 other aphasia types cases.
The changes of simple instruction and simple comprehension are insignificant which has correlation with perfection of simple comprehension ability of patients with Broca'saphasia.
