The squeezing casting of Zn-Al alloy merges the advantage of casting and forging and has the broad development under the situation of more and more high demand to casting quality.

The rapid casting process which is an integration between rapid prototyping and the casting process is introduced, its status and tendency in China and broad is also introduced.

The results show that the waveform is suitable for a broad casting speed range and can meet the need of continuous casting production.
