Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of serum and urine epidermal growth factor(EGF) in neonates with asphyxia and their relationship with acute renal failure(ARF).

Fasting serum leptin level closely correlated with insulin resistance in obese subjects and it was the main correlation factor of insulin resistance, but the relationship only existed in male.
