Flatness error was obtained by minimum zone law which decided by triangle rule and cross rule.

The evolutional model and the calculation process are introduced in detail. The flatness error is discussed as an example.

According to the characteristics of flatness error evaluation, an improved genetic algorithms based on real coding is proposed.
