In present paper, the form and mechanism of formation of out-of-plane distortion during bead-on-plate welding was studied by thermal clastic analysis with introduction of dummyelement and experiment.
Based on displacement harmonization, we deduce a dummy stiffness element to simulate the excursion connection between spacial frame element, which simulates the actual structure more precise.
The matching of process with equipments can be changed into assignment problem by adding dummy process and replacing element. Repeating matching in this way, many routes of process can be obtained.
