This paper briefly describes the activities of quality management at fabrication site of Pinghu platform, and summarizes the successful experience achieved in the activities of quality management.

Site schedule control is an important link of whole project control, and platform fabrication is a critical activity of Pinghu oil and gas field development project.

In order to reduce platform fabrication period and achieve early start-up, both pre-drilling and platform drilling methods are adopted in developing Pinghu oil & gas field.
