Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of lengthening the tarsal plate with a foreign scleral strip to cure relapsed upper eyelid cicatricial entropion.

Conclusion It was effective to resuture the lower eyelid retractor to tarsal plate and resect the measurable lower eyelid skin to correct senile entropion and had a low recurrence rate.
