This paper deals with performances ahd application of crosslinking extrusion foamed polypropylene, it is shown that developing of foamed PP is bright.

To control the melt flowing and foaming of polymer are the key factors to ensure the quality of products during the extrusion moulding of the integral door leaf of low foamed rigid PVC.

Therefore, lower extrusion temperature and higher screw revolution speed will leads to low foamed HIPS products with good performance.
