DongQichang was a drawer and a drawing theorist of Ming Dynasty, his literator brush drawing theory and practice were the investigative central content of this thesis.
However shortly afterwards, Xing Tong, together with his works was gradually out of our sights in sharp contrast with DongQichang, Zhang Ritu who keeps great fame in the late of Ming.
One of the main reasons for DongQichang made Tours to Huizhou was that this region enjoyed the rich culture and the strong fashion of collecting curios, calligraphy and painting works.
