Customsseals and fastenings affixed under this paragraph shall be accepted by all Contracting Parties in the same way as Customsseals and fastenings affixed by the Customs authorities themselves.
No person may, without authorization, open or damage the seals affixed by the Customs.

The samples drawn shall be sealed by the Customs and the Customs officers, the party or his agent or the eyewitness shall sign their names or affix their seals thereto for confirmation.
