A new virtual calibrator for instrument transformer is presented. A phase difference correction method is applicable to correct electronic instrument transformer.

In this paper, a phase difference correction method is presented to correct the power frequency. This method has strong anti-disturbance capability by theoretical analysis and simulation.

Compared with the original two kinds of Phase-Difference Correction, only one sequence of time-domain signal is sampled and FFT analysis of same points is performed twice in this method.
