America's hesitations over Basel 2 were increased by a study last year of how its Banks might calculate current risks and capital requirements using Basel 2 rules.

The out-of-the-box accuracy, and its having no code-refactoring requirements, make it a viable tool for scanning existing applications (which often present very current risks).

Intraday bars wrapped in multiple moving averages serve this purpose, allowing quick analysis that highlights current risks as well as the most advantageous entries and exits.
