The dorsal dermal sinus tract seen in our patient is a known anomaly in combination with CRS.

So an infant with congenital dermal sinus should be offered to avoid complication caused by infection.

It is also ideal for evaluating associated congenital anomalies such as dermal sinus tract, tethered cord etc.
