When the deadline of this contract reached, Party B shall return the leased car or expend the contract immediately, or Party a has the right to report to judicial office and decideaccordingtolaw.
合同期满后，乙方未办理延期手续，也未按时归还甲方车辆的，甲方有权提交司法机关，依法处理。
