Use the single equal sign to assign a value to a variable, unlike the double equal sign (==), as in the previous condition, which compare the values.

Clicking the plus sign instead of double clicking the model allows you to browse the model without opening the diagram, and thus potentially triggering other models to load.

All attributes in alphabetical order, preceded by a single space, with no space on either side of the equals sign, and double quotes around the attribute value.
