Objective : To reconstruct the coracoclavicularligament with long peroneal tendon for the treatment of severe acromioclavicular dislocation.

BACKGROUND: Coracoclavicularligament plays an important role in maintaining acromioclavicular joint (ACJ) stability, thus, ACJ reconstruction is necessary.
背景：研究表明喙锁韧带在维持肩锁关节的稳定性中起重要作用，因而重建喙锁韧带至关重要。

Conclusion: it was a feasible and new to reconstruct coracoclavicularligament and superior acromioclavicular ligament by transposition of tendon of biceps brachii short head.
