The one step method was adopted in this study to synthesize aliphatic polyurethane with 4,4 methylene dicyclohexyl diisocyanate(HMDI), 1,4 butanediol(BDO) and poly (tetrahydrofuran)(PTMG).
The property of HA-1 vapor phase inhibitor was evaluated in laboratory. It showed that HA-1 has better protection for steel, copper and aluminium, compared with dicyclohexyl amine nitrite.
