The purpose of this paper is to determine construction of groups with nilpotent derived group, and then to obtain some properties similar to the class of nilpotent and supersoluber groups.

However, many historical examples exist of profound change derived from an individual or even a small group of like minded individuals having the desire and will to pursue the change they desired.

They can be derived as aggregates of more tightly coupled group of low level fine-grained objects.
