Replacing the process of copper liquor wash with methanolizing and alkylating was successful in "18·30" project in our company.

The color reaction conditions of Cu 2+ and 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol(PAN)were researched, and a new method was developed for the determination of copper in sulfuric acid anodizing liquor.

Researches on the removal methods of remaining copper in the mother liquor are conducted, making it rise again and utilizing it.
