It is found that there exist "amplification" and "self-compensation" of beam spread in the reflection from a mirror and a corner cube reflector, respectively.

The automatic test of Corner Cube Reflector (CCR), Roof Prism and Right-angle Prism is achieved by calculating the wavefront got from the digital phase-shifting interferometer.

The making, adjusting and testing of the corner cube reflector including the measurement and calculation of the dihedral Angle errors are presented.
